The main concern of the school is that the students and faculty travel frequently on day trips as well as trips outside of the country. Some of the trips are to remote locations where emergency medical care can be an eight hour flight away. But, most of all the Russians told us that the Emergency Medical system was at best unreliable. The Anglo American School-Moscow wanted to begin teaching as many people as possible to be first responders in Russia.
